Hi, I'm Alex! I've been working in IT for over 10 years, first as a Helpdesk Technician and later as a Web Systems Administrator. While in these roles, a large part of my time was spent documenting existing systems and writing user guides. The thought that these guides might be useful to people all over the world is what sparked the idea behind TechSwift.
